Must Stay Hotel in Valencia, Spain

Our stay at Palacio Santa Clara, Autograph Collection, was a wonderful part of our time in Valencia. The hotel’s location near Plaza del Ayuntamiento made it an ideal base for exploring the city. Many of Valencia’s main attractions, restaurants, shops, and lively public squares were just a short walk away, allowing us to experience so much of the city without constantly relying on transportation.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were attentive whenever we needed assistance. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant, which was a convenient and delicious option after a full day of sightseeing.

One thoughtful touch that made our stay even better was the hotel’s laundry service. In the middle of a two-week adventure, we were definitely ready for some freshly washed clothes! Our laundry was returned beautifully folded in a basket and smelling amazing. It may seem like a small detail, but having everything clean, fresh, and neatly organized felt like such a luxury and made the rest of our journey much easier.

One of the hotel’s highlights was its rooftop pool. Valencia can get especially warm during the day, so returning to the hotel for a refreshing swim was a real treat. The rooftop offered the perfect place to relax, cool off, and recharge before heading back out for the evening.

With its central location, excellent service, enjoyable restaurant, and inviting rooftop pool, Palacio Santa Clara offered everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay in Valencia. We would happily choose it again on a future visit.
